Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find Escuchame and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Escuchame, go to Settings (hamburger menu), and tap Restore Purchases. This will sync your subscription status with the App Store.

How do I save my progress?

Tap the hamburger menu in the top-left corner, then Save Account. You can link your account using your email, Apple ID, or Google account. This preserves your progress if you switch devices or reinstall.

Can I use Escuchame offline?

Yes. Your daily exercises are downloaded when generated. You can complete them without an internet connection. New exercises require a connection to generate.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@escuchame.app with your request and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

How does the placement test work?

When you add a new language, you'll take a short listening placement test. You'll hear clips at increasing difficulty levels (A1 through C2) and grade your comprehension. The app uses your responses to determine your starting level.
