These terms govern your use of the Escuchame mobile application and website ("Service"). By using Escuchame, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Escuchame is a language learning application that helps you build listening comprehension through AI-generated exercises. We generate daily exercise sets personalized to your language and level, with spaced repetition to reinforce vocabulary.

Accounts

When you first open Escuchame, a guest account is created automatically. Guest accounts are anonymous and do not require personal information. You may optionally link your account to an email address, Apple ID, or Google account to preserve your progress across devices.

Free Trial and Subscriptions

Escuchame offers a 14-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue generating new exercise content. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed by your Apple ID. You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings.

Subscription pricing is displayed in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the service to generate content for purposes other than personal language learning
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal app usage
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service

AI-Generated Content

Exercise content, including sentences, vocabulary, and audio, is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Escuchame is a learning aid and should not be relied upon as the sole source for language proficiency assessment.

Intellectual Property

The Escuchame application, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Escuchame. AI-generated exercise content is provided for your personal learning use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use generated content.

Limitation of Liability

Escuchame is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but data deletion requests are still honored per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by updating this page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
